Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of blended learning in digital electronics courses to improve learning outcomes. This research is a descriptive analysis research. The subjects of this study were 48 students of physics education FKIP Lambung Mangkurat University. The effectiveness of the implementation of blended learning is viewed from the results of student cognitive learning, using learning outcomes tests. Data were analyzed in the following ways, (1) analyzing descriptively from the average results of the learning outcomes test, (2) analyzing by using paired t-test to describe the significance of differences in student learning outcomes, (3) analyzing with n-gain test to find out the level of effectiveness in improving student learning outcomes. The results showed that, the average of the pretest was 14.38 and the average of the posttest was 79.22. The sig-2-tailed result from paired t-test is less than 0.05 so there is a significant difference between pretest and posttest. N-gain score is 0.76 which means this has a high category. The conclusion is the implementation of blended learning in digital electronics courses is effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract
Abstract. This research aims to develop a product in the form of a basic learning model based on traditional games for early childhood. This study uses a research and development model. The subjects of this study were children aged 4-6 years totaling 80 people. Data was collected through documentation, observation, interviews and basic motion tests. Data analysis was performed descriptively, qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the test scores based on observations before given a basic game learning model based on traditional games for children aged 4-6 years was a pretest of 6.28 and after being given an increase treatment to 9.57. Percentage before treatment 46% (37 subjects) were able to take the test, whereas after treatment 85% (68 subjects) were successful in taking the test. This proves that the basic motion learning model based on traditional games can approach the predetermined targets and the objectives of this traditional game are achieved.

Abstract
This study aims to determine and examine the stages of preparation, implementation, obstacles and the final results of the training that has been carried out by the trainer. The research method used is a qualitative method. The subjects in this evaluation study were the extracurricular trainers of elementary school sports clubs who were registered in the decree on the formation of a sports club by the head of the North Hulu Sungai District education office. The results showed that most trainers did not understand the basic concepts of coaching, and did not understand the basic concepts of child development at elementary school age. In conclusion, the trainer does not carry out the preparatory activities properly, with the preparation phase that is not well prepared, the training runs without any clear direction and goals. Moreover, the trainee will be traumatized because the training carried out by the trainer does not pay attention to aspects of child growth and development. In addition, the limitations of advice and supporting infrastructure are the main obstacles in the implementation of training activities carried out. Thus, for the last 3 years (2014-2016) children training for sports clubs in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency have minimal achievements, which can only get 2 medals, namely 1 silver medal from the mini volleyball branch in 2014 and 1 bronze medal from the gymnastic branch in the year same. Furthermore, in 2016 the children training the Hulu Sungai Utara Elementary School sports club were only able to rank 4 in the mens chess sport, ranked 4 in the mens swimming, 6 in the mens table tennis and in 5 in the male martial arts.

Abstract
This research aimed to produce learning effectiveness of basic throwing movement. The study was conducted by involving research subjects- namely physical education teachers and first grade students of SDN Loktabat 7. This research used classroom action research method (action research) which has several phases of research steps including: planning, action, observation and reflection. Data collected included qualitative, in the form of responses from observer/associate teacher in the form of criticism, suggestions, and comments both orally and written using interview techniques, discussion, documentation and questionnaires and quantitative data in the form scale of ordinal numbers. Data collected during the study is data about learning implementation and effectiveness of the learners. Before the action research was done, effectiveness of the students- learning outcomes in the form of concept understanding of basic throwing movement and throwing ability showed that there were 16 students (45, 71%) had finished the learning with standard grade individually. After the action research was conducted, the students who passed the study increased to 22 (62.86 %) in the first cycle, 26 students (80 %) in the second cycle, and 33 students (94.29 %) in the third cycle. Before the action research was done, classical learning completeness of the students was 45.71 %. However after the action research was conducted, it increased by 17.15 % into 62.86 % in cycle I. In the second cycle it increased by 11.43 % into 74.29 %, while the third cycle, it increased by 20% into 94.29%. While the study results of the learning implementation showed that the playing activity can be done well, it was proven by the high students- involvement and participation in learning, but the teacher should have more control of the movement preciousness done by the students, because it is feared the students focus only to do playing activities and they forget the right technique of basic throwing movement. Overall, the research phasing from the first until third cycle undergo the improving results, both of the effectiveness and implementation of basic throwing movement learning.
